JSP-Helpdesk™ is a browser-based customer support system designed especially for development, maintenance and service companies which we provide on a "compact server". Support requests are created automatically by email sent by the customer, on a form or by staff themselves based on a phone call or other contact. The progress and status of the support request is easy to track and updating the information is effortless. The customer does not need to register with the system to send support requests.
User management protects various functions and users can be added as needed. The user interface has been translated into Finnish and English, as well as several other languages. It is possible to add new translations.
Setting up JSP-Helpdesk™ is easy. We deliver the software pre-installed on a "compact server" that you can connect directly to a router or switch and then ready to use from your company's intranet. No further actions are required! Alternatively JSP-Helpdesk™ can be installed on your own server and for this we provide installation services.
